Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 22nd, 2025

Last Updated: April 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy is designed to meet standards set by Google Ad Manager and applicable U.S. and Canadian privacy laws.

01.Who We Are

Endurance Sports Media Group (“ESMG,” “we,” “our”) is a digital advertising rights-holder and media services provider for endurance sports publishers. While we do not serve ads on our own website, we provide ad technology, demand access, and monetization services across a network of publisher properties.

02.Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy covers information collected through our website at endurancesportsmediagroup.com, our role in managing and monetizing ad inventory across third-party publisher sites, and how data may be processed on those publisher sites using technologies we manage such as GAM, SSPs, and DMPs.

03.Data Ownership & Separation

Each publisher in the ESMG network retains full ownership of their data. ESMG operates as a service provider and does not take ownership of publisher data. Data collected on one publisher site is segmented and is not shared across publishers. Any cross-network insights are aggregated and anonymized. We do not create shared identifiable user profiles across publishers.

04.Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as names, emails, or user-submitted data via our website. However, through our technology and partners, certain pseudonymous data may be collected when users interact with publisher sites. This may include device information, browser type, operating system, cookie identifiers, advertising IDs, page URLs, engagement activity, and timestamped interaction data. IP addresses may be used for general location purposes but are not stored in identifiable form.

05.Use of Data

Data is used strictly for audience segmentation, advertising activation and retargeting, campaign performance measurement, fraud detection, system integrity, and aggregated analytics and reporting.

06.Data Use Restrictions

We do not sell personal data, share raw or user-level identifiable data, export identifiable data to third parties, build cross-site identity graphs across publishers, or use collected data for unrelated profiling or resale purposes.

07.Cookies and Ad Technologies

We work with advertising and measurement platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and analytics partners. These third parties may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to deliver relevant advertising, measure campaign performance, manage frequency capping, and support fraud prevention. Users may manage cookie preferences through browser settings or publisher-side consent banners.

08.Privacy Compliance (U.S. & Canada)

We comply with applicable privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We are committed to transparency, limiting data collection to necessary purposes, and supporting user choice and control through publisher-implemented consent mechanisms where required.

09.Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may facilitate the placement of advertising technologies that transmit anonymized or pseudonymized data to authorized partners for advertising delivery, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention.

10.Advertising & Data Sharing

We work with trusted third-party advertising companies, including supply-side platforms (SSPs) and data platforms, that may collect data using cookies and similar technologies.

11.Your Rights (U.S.)

You may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain data uses depending on your state laws.

12.A. Canadian Privacy Rights

If you are located in Canada, you have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, and withdraw consent to data processing subject to legal limitations. To make a request, contact the publisher where the data was collected or email info@endurancesportsmediagroup.com.

13.Security

We follow industry-standard security practices to safeguard systems and data, including secure infrastructure, controlled access, and operational safeguards.

14.Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for reporting, analytics, operational integrity, and system performance purposes, after which it may be aggregated or deleted.

15.Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed toward individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

16.Accountability

ESMG is responsible for data under its control and maintains internal accountability for privacy compliance, including restricted access policies and partner oversight.

17.Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted on this page along with the revised effective date.
