Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 22nd, 2025

Last Updated: JuNE 22md, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Endurance Sports Media Group (“ESMG,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, processes, and shares information in connection with our website, publisher network, advertising technologies, audience activation, measurement, and related media services.

01.Who We Are

Endurance Sports Media Group (“ESMG,” “we,” “our”) is a digital advertising rights-holder and media services provider for endurance sports publishers. While we do not serve ads on our own website, we provide ad technology, demand access, and monetization services across a network of publisher properties.

02.Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy covers information collected through our website at endurancesportsmediagroup.com, our role in managing and monetizing ad inventory across third-party publisher sites, and how data may be processed on those publisher sites using technologies we manage or support, including Google Ad Manager, supply-side platforms, demand-side platforms, data platforms, analytics tools, tags, server-side event tools, and related advertising technologies.

03.Data Ownership & Separation

ESMG’s role may vary by agreement and use case. In some cases, ESMG acts as a service provider or contractor to publishers. In other cases, ESMG may act as an advertising technology or media services provider supporting advertising delivery, audience activation, measurement, reporting, publisher monetization, and related advertising operations. Each publisher retains ownership of its publisher data. Data collected on one publisher site is segmented and is not used by ESMG to create shared identifiable user profiles across publishers. Any cross-network insights are provided only in aggregated or de-identified form and are not designed to identify individual users. ESMG does not create shared identifiable user profiles across publishers and does not provide raw user-level data to brands.

04.Information We Collect

Through endurancesportsmediagroup.com, ESMG does not collect personal information such as names, emails, phone numbers, payment information, or user-submitted registration data, except where a user voluntarily submits business contact information through a form, email, or similar communication. Through publisher sites in the ESMG network, ESMG may process limited pseudonymous advertising, analytics, measurement, and event activity data through technologies we manage or support. This may include device information, browser type, operating system, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, page URLs, page paths, engagement activity, referral source, timestamped interaction data, approximate location signals, and event-interest signals. IP addresses may be processed for security, fraud prevention, advertising delivery, measurement, and approximate location purposes. ESMG does not use IP addresses to identify users by name and does not provide raw IP address data to brands.

05.Use of Data

ESMG uses business contact information submitted through endurancesportsmediagroup.com, email, forms, or similar communications to respond to inquiries, manage business relationships, evaluate partnership opportunities, provide services, administer agreements, send business communications, and operate our business. ESMG uses pseudonymous advertising, analytics, measurement, and event activity data collected or processed through publisher sites for defined business and advertising purposes, including audience segmentation, advertising activation, retargeting, campaign performance measurement, attribution, fraud detection, system integrity, aggregated analytics, publisher monetization, operational reporting, frequency capping, ad relevance, and related advertising operations. ESMG does not use this data to identify users by name, collect race registration form data, or provide raw user-level data to brands.

06.Data Use Restrictions

ESMG does not sell personal data for money, share raw or directly identifiable user-level data with brands, export directly identifiable data to third parties, build cross-publisher identity graphs, or use collected data for unrelated profiling or resale purposes. Brands, advertisers, agencies, platforms, and other activation partners may only use ESMG audience access, segments, or related data for the approved campaign, platform, account, and purpose authorized by ESMG in writing. Unless separately approved in writing by ESMG, partners may not use ESMG data to create lookalike audiences, modeled audiences, expanded audiences, optimized audiences, derivative audiences, identity graphs, resale products, or audience segments outside the approved campaign scope. Certain advertising activities, including retargeting, audience activation, cookie-based advertising, pixel-based advertising, or the use of advertising identifiers, device data, IP address, browsing activity, or event-interest signals with advertising platforms, may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under some state privacy laws. Where required, ESMG provides or supports applicable opt-out mechanisms.

07.Cookies and Ad Technologies

ESMG works with advertising and measurement platforms such as Google Ad Manager, supply-side platforms, demand-side platforms, analytics providers, measurement providers, data platforms, fraud prevention vendors, and related advertising technology partners. These technologies may include cookies, pixels, tags, server-side event tools, advertising identifiers, device data, browser data, IP address, and similar technologies used to deliver relevant advertising, measure campaign performance, support audience activation, manage frequency capping, improve ad relevance, and support fraud prevention. Users may manage cookie preferences through browser settings, platform-level controls, or publisher-side consent banners where available. Where a publisher uses a consent management platform, privacy banner, or other user-facing privacy control, ESMG technologies should be configured to respect applicable user choices communicated through those controls where required by law.

08.Privacy Compliance (U.S. & Canada)

ESMG is designed to support privacy-conscious advertising and monetization practices under applicable U.S. and Canadian privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. ESMG limits data collection and processing to defined advertising, analytics, measurement, security, operational, and publisher monetization purposes. ESMG supports publisher-implemented consent mechanisms where required, honors applicable opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where required, and maintains data-use restrictions designed to prevent unauthorized use, resale, unrelated profiling, or cross-publisher identity graphing. Where consent, notice, or opt-out rights are required, ESMG works with publishers and authorized partners to support appropriate compliance workflows based on the applicable publisher site, user location, technology used, and campaign purpose.

09.Data Sharing

ESMG does not sell personal data for money and does not provide raw user-level data to brands. We may facilitate the placement of advertising technologies that transmit pseudonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data, depending on the use case, to authorized partners for advertising delivery, analytics, measurement, fraud prevention, and related advertising operations. Certain advertising activities may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under some state privacy laws, and where required, we provide or support applicable opt-out mechanisms.

10.A. Publisher Responsibilities

Publisher sites in the ESMG network are independently owned and operated by their respective publishers. Each publisher is responsible for maintaining its own privacy policy, cookie disclosures, consent mechanisms, and user‑facing privacy controls as required by applicable law. Where ESMG technologies are deployed on a publisher site, ESMG supports publisher‑implemented consent and opt‑out mechanisms where required. Publishers should provide appropriate notice to users regarding advertising, analytics, measurement, audience activation, retargeting, and related technologies used on their sites.

11.Advertising & Data Sharing

ESMG works with trusted third-party advertising companies, including supply-side platforms, demand-side platforms, ad servers, data platforms, measurement providers, analytics providers, and fraud prevention vendors. These partners may use cookies, pixels, tags, server-side event tools, advertising identifiers, device data, browser data, IP address, and similar technologies to support advertising delivery, audience activation, retargeting, measurement, reporting, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and related advertising operations.

12.California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.   ESMG processes limited pseudonymous advertising, analytics, measurement, and event activity data in connection with publisher sites in the ESMG network. ESMG does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, race registration form data, health information, date of birth, or precise GPS location from users through its advertising technology. Categories of Personal Information We May Process Depending on how users interact with publisher sites and advertising technologies managed or supported by ESMG, we may process the following categories of personal information as defined under California law: Identifiers, such as pseudonymous cookie IDs, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and similar online identifiers. Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as page URLs, page paths, event page views, website clicks, registration-intent clicks, referral source, browser type, operating system, timestamps, and other engagement activity. Approximate location information, such as country, state, region, city, or general location inferred from IP address or advertising delivery signals. ESMG does not collect precise GPS location through its advertising technology. Commercial or event-interest information, such as endurance event research activity, race discovery activity, event page engagement, website click activity, and registration-intent signals. Inferences, such as audience segments, intent levels, or aggregated audience insights derived from event activity, used for advertising activation, campaign measurement, reporting, and analytics. Purposes for Processing We may process this information for advertising delivery, audience activation, retargeting, campaign measurement, attribution, performance reporting, analytics, aggregated audience insights, fraud prevention, security, debugging, system integrity, frequency capping, ad relevance, publisher monetization, and operational reporting. Categories of Third Parties and Partners We may disclose or make available pseudonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data, depending on the use case, to authorized service providers, contractors, advertising platforms, analytics providers, supply-side platforms, demand-side platforms, data platforms, measurement providers, fraud prevention providers, and other advertising technology partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. ESMG does not provide raw user-level data to brands and does not sell personal information for money. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information Certain advertising activities, including retargeting, audience activation, cookie-based advertising, pixel-based advertising, or the use of advertising identifiers, device data, IP address, browsing activity, or event-interest signals with advertising platforms, may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law, even if no money is exchanged for the data. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by contacting the publisher site where the data was collected or by emailing ESMG at info@endurancesportsmediagroup.com with the subject line “California Opt-Out Request.” Where required by law, ESMG will honor valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. When a valid opt-out signal or request is received, ESMG will take reasonable steps to stop routing that user’s pseudonymous event data to advertising activation partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. California Privacy Rights California residents may have the following rights, subject to applicable legal limitations: The right to know what categories of personal information are collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared. The right to request access to personal information. The right to request deletion of personal information. The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information. The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. The right to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable. The right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. Submitting a Request To submit a California privacy request, contact the publisher site where the data was collected or email ESMG at info@endurancesportsmediagroup.com. Because ESMG generally processes pseudonymous data and does not collect names, emails, or account credentials from publisher site users through its advertising technology, we may need information sufficient to locate or suppress the applicable pseudonymous identifier. We may also need to verify the request before taking action. Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents where permitted by law. Sensitive Personal Information ESMG does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through its advertising technology, such as precise geolocation, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, account passwords, race registration form data, health information, or medical information. If ESMG becomes aware that sensitive personal information has been collected outside the intended scope of its advertising technology, ESMG will take reasonable steps to delete, suppress, or restrict that information as appropriate. Retention ESMG retains pseudonymous event and advertising data only as long as reasonably necessary for advertising activation, analytics, measurement, reporting, fraud prevention, security, operational integrity, legal compliance, and legitimate business recordkeeping. Data may be aggregated, de-identified, deleted, or suppressed when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

13.A. Canadian Privacy Rights

If you are located in Canada, you have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, and withdraw consent to data processing subject to legal limitations. Where consent is required for advertising, analytics, measurement, or audience activation activities, ESMG supports publisher-side consent mechanisms and limits processing where applicable consent has not been provided or has been withdrawn. To make a request, contact the publisher where the data was collected or email info@endurancesportsmediagroup.com.

14.Security

ESMG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect systems and data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include secure infrastructure, access controls, operational safeguards, and vendor oversight where applicable.

15.Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for reporting, analytics, operational integrity, system performance, advertising activation, measurement, security, legal compliance, and legitimate business recordkeeping purposes, after which it may be aggregated, de-identified, deleted, or suppressed.

16.Children’s Privacy

ESMG’s services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and ESMG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If ESMG becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 outside the intended scope of its services, ESMG will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that information as appropriate.

17.Accountability

ESMG maintains internal accountability for privacy compliance, including restricted access practices, data-use restrictions, security safeguards, partner oversight, and procedures designed to support applicable privacy requests. ESMG is responsible for data under its control and works with publishers, service providers, contractors, and authorized advertising partners to support appropriate privacy and data protection practices based on the applicable relationship, agreement, and use case.

18.Changes to This Policy

ESMG may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or technology changes. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date or last updated date. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where required by law.
